Building Bridges: LGBT & Muslim Students Working Together

LGBT and Muslim communities often find themselves on opposite sides of many social concerns, but there are many opportunities to work together.  As our country faces growing homophobia and Islamophobia, LGBT and Muslim communities can learn to work together based on mutual respect and understanding.  By building bridges of understanding, LGBT and Muslim students can begin to combat the stigmas that our communities face and transform our society
