Thank you for your interest in booking "Hidden Voices: The Lives of LGBT Muslims," presented by queer Muslim activist Faisal Alam.
Dates are currently being booked for Spring and Fall 2014.
Faisal's visit is for half a day. Together with an evening presentation, his visit can also include a private meeting with students, presentation in a class, and/or lunch (or dinner) with students, staff and faculty.
The formal presentation is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours and includes a PowerPoint and video presentation, Questions & Answers, and discussion with the audience.
Honorarium rates range from $1,000 - $3,500 depending on the school's geographic location. Honorarium is inclusive of air travel, ground transportation, accommodations and speaker fee. A contract must be signed at least 45 days prior to an event date.
